Author Guidelines

Title and Author Identity

  • The article title must be written in English and Bahasa Indonesia, using Times New Roman font, size 14 pt, centered.

  • Author’s name (without academic title), institutional affiliation, and the corresponding author’s email must be clearly stated below the title.

Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract must be written in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a maximum of 200 words each.

  • English abstract should be in italic.

  • Use Times New Roman font, size 10 pt, single spacing.

  • Keywords consist of 3–5 words, arranged alphabetically, separated by semicolons (;).

Article Structure

  • The main sections of the article are:
    Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Recommendation (if any), and Acknowledgment.

  • Use Times New Roman font, size 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.

  • Margin: top & bottom 3 cm, left & right 2.5 cm.

  • The article should be 10–20 pages in length.

Tables and Figures Documentation Photos

  • Each table/figure must be numbered and given a title according to its content (e.g., Table 1. Respondents’ Data).

  • Use Times New Roman font, size 10 pt.

  • Figures must be clear, high-quality, and easy to read.

Documentation Photos

1. Each community service article must include documentation photos as evidence of the activities conducted. Photos should:
Be in color and of good quality (not blurry).

2. Show the core activities of the program (e.g., activities, participants, location, results).

3. Include a clear and informative caption below each photo.

4. Contain at least 3 relevant photos.

Photos are an essential component of the article to enhance both validity and presentation.

References

  • References must follow Turabian 8th Edition (Full Note) style.

  • References should be arranged alphabetically, single-spaced.

  • At least 80% of the references must be from primary sources (journals, books, theses/dissertations) and a maximum of 20% from secondary sources.

  • Authors are encouraged to use a reference manager such as Mendeley.

Additional Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration in another journal.

  • Manuscripts must pass a Turnitin similarity check with a maximum similarity index of 20%.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
