Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of improving the quality of educational services in Christian educational institutions that face various internal and external challenges. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the implementation of the ISO 21001:2018 Quality Management System can contribute to improving the quality of Christian educational services. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA approach, which includes the stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion of articles. Data sources were obtained from various relevant scientific literature, both national and international, which were selected based on certain keywords and predetermined inclusion criteria. The results of the study indicate that ISO 21001:2018 provides a systematic framework and focuses on the satisfaction of students and other stakeholders. In conclusion, the implementation of ISO 21001:2018 can improve the operational efficiency of Christian educational institutions and encourage continuous quality improvement.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan mutu pelayanan pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan Kristen yang menghadapi berbagai tantangan internal dan eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 21001:2018 dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan Kristen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA, yang mencakup tahap identifikasi, penyaringan, kelayakan, dan inklusi artikel. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan, baik nasional maupun internasional, yang dipilih berdasarkan kata kunci tertentu dan kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ISO 21001:2018 menyediakan kerangka kerja yang sistematis dan berfokus pada kepuasan peserta didik serta pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Kesimpulannya, penerapan ISO 21001:2018 dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional lembaga pendidikan Kristen dan mendorong peningkatan mutu secara berkelanjutan.
