Article Processing Charge

THECRED: Proceedings of the Theology and Religious Education Dialogue does not charge any fee at the submission stage. All manuscripts are received and reviewed free of charge.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
An Article Processing Charge is applied only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. The APC covers editorial processing, plagiarism screening, peer review coordination, copyediting, layout formatting, digital archiving, and online publication.

The current APC rates are as follows:
Domestic authors (Indonesian affiliation): IDR 350,000 per accepted article.
International authors: USD 30 per accepted article.

Payment is requested after the author receives the formal acceptance letter. No article will be published until the APC has been settled.

Fee Waiver and Discount Policy
THECRED recognizes that financial constraints should not be a barrier to scholarly publication. Fee waivers or discounts may be granted on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances: authors from institutions with limited research funding; graduate students without institutional financial support; authors from low-income countries (as classified by the World Bank); or other circumstances deemed appropriate by the editorial board.

Authors who wish to request a fee waiver or discount must submit a written request to the editorial office at kampuslppm@gmail.com at the time of submission, briefly explaining their circumstances. Waiver decisions are made by the Managing Editor and are independent of the editorial and peer review process. A fee waiver request will not influence the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript.

Payment Information
Payment instructions will be provided in the acceptance letter. Authors will receive a publication receipt upon confirmation of payment.
