Indonesia has begun to enter the Industrial 4.0 era. Preparation of resources must be started early to face this implementation. The adoption of Industry 4.0 causes significant changes in technology, ways of thinking, and social and economic structures. These changes will certainly affect the church in its main task of carrying out God's mission in Indonesia. The church must prepare from now on and not wait for the implementation of Industry 4.0 to affect the church. The purpose of this paper is to provide an understanding of the challenges that occur and the transformation strategies that need to be applied by the church. The transformation carried out will enable the church to read and act accordingly when the Industrial 4.0 era is fully implemented (fast and agile capability). This study uses a narrative analysis method by looking at the challenges faced and implementing the right strategy from a complete perspective. As a result, God's mission remains the same but with the right strategy so that it can be applied in carrying out missions in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
