About the Journal

DIEGESIS: Jurnal Teologi Kharismatika is an open-access, peer-reviewed and nationally accredited journal managed and published by Sekolah Tinggi Teologi REAL Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia. The journal is registered with ISSN 2685-3485 (online) and ISSN 2685-3515 (print), and it publishes articles in both Indonesian and English.

The primary focus of DIEGESIS is on Pentecostal-Charismatic theology, approached from academic, interdisciplinary, and contextual perspectives. Its scope includes biblical and hermeneutical studies, church history, spirituality, as well as the relationship between theology and issues of society, culture, Christian education, psychology, and religions.

DIEGESIS is nationally accredited as a scientific journal with SINTA 2 status (Decree No. 295/C/C3/KPT/2026) for the 2025–2029 period. It is published twice a year, in June and December, and welcomes contributions from both academics and theological practitioners, nationally and internationally.
