Withdrawl Policy

Manuscript withdrawal from DIEGESIS: Jurnal Teologi Kharismatika is only permitted under specific conditions and must be formally approved by the editorial board. Authors are not allowed to unilaterally withdraw a submitted manuscript without a valid reason.

Withdrawal Terms:

Before the Review Process
Authors may request to withdraw their manuscript by sending a formal request via email to the editor. If approved, no withdrawal fee will be charged.

After the Manuscript Has Been Accepted
If the author decides to withdraw a manuscript that has already been accepted for publication, a withdrawal fee of IDR 600,000 will be applied. The withdrawal process will only proceed once the payment is completed.

Unjustified or unauthorized withdrawals (such as withdrawing without notice or during the review process without approval) are considered a violation of publication ethics. Such actions may result in the author being blacklisted from submitting future manuscripts to this journal.

Additional Notes:

• Authors must not submit the same manuscript to other journals while it is under review in Diegesis.
• Withdrawal requests will be responded to by the editor within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt.
