Abstract
The research was conducted with the purpose to understand the impact of Church Leadership at Gereja Pentakosta Pusat Surabaya (GPPS) Filadelfia Batam to establish and grow the church from the perspective of Exodus 18:13-26, Batam. Conducting Qualitative Research thru observation, literature, and interview. Research shows Church leadership at GPPS Filadelfia Batam has been implemented as Exodus 18:13-26 and needs to improve for better Church growth.

Abstrak
Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak kepemimpinan Gereja Pentakosta Pusat Surabaya (GPPS) Filadelfia Batam dalam membangun Jemaat berdasarkan Keluaran 18:13-26. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui observasi, kepustakaan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan gereja GPPS Batam telah sesuai dengan Keluaran 18:13-26 namun perlu diperbaiki agar gereja GPPS Batam dapat bertumbuh dengan baik.
