Abstract

Pentecostal-Charismatic Leadership has often drawn criticism from controversy, and many have negative nuances. However, this leadership has dynamic strength which its character, and it must be realized by many parties. The purpose of the discussion in this article is to show the characteristics of Pentecostal-Charismatic leadership through the modeling shown by Daniel. With a qualitative approach and using a descriptive interpretive analysis method in the passage of Daniel 6: 4, the result is that Daniel's charismatic leadership is indicated by the phrase "extraordinary spirit". In conclusion, Pentecostal-Charismatic leadership must be characterized by the work or manifestation of the Holy Spirit within the leader, so as to make the leader have an extraordinary spirit, as the quality or value of his leadership.

Abstrak

Kepemimpinan Pentakosta-Karismatik seringkali menuai kritik kontroversi, dan tidak sedikit yang bernuansa negatif. Namun demikian kepemimpinan ini memiliki kekuatan yang dinamis yang menjadi karakteristiknya, dan harus disadari oleh banyak pihak. Tujuan pembahasan da-lam artikel ini adalah untuk menunjukkan karakteristik kepemimpinan Pentakosta-Karismatik yang melalui permodelan yang ditunjukkan oleh Daniel. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis interpretatif pada nas Daniel 6:4, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan karismatik Daniel ditunjukkan oleh frasa “roh yang luar biasaâ€. Kesim-pulannya, kepemimpinan Pentakostal-Karismatik haruslah dikarakterisasi oleh pekerjaan atau manifestasi Roh Kudus dalam diri pemimpinnya, sehingga membuat pemimpin tersebut memili-ki roh yang luar biasa, sebagai kualitas atau nilai kepemimpinannya.
